Follow-Up Timing Best Practices
- Same day: Send recap within 2 hours of the call while it is fresh.
- Day 3: Provide additional value — a relevant resource or insight.
- Day 7: Check in on materials sent.
- Day 14: Share social proof or a new angle.
- Day 21: Final follow-up with an easy out.
- Never follow up more than once per week unless they have explicitly asked for more frequent updates.
