1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Monssot platform ("Service"), including the web application at app.monssot.com, the desktop application, and the website at monssot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Monssot is an AI-powered email management platform that helps users organize, prioritize, and respond to emails. The Service connects to your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP/IMAP) to provide intelligent inbox management, automated suggestions, and drafting assistance.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam, phishing, or malicious content through the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to violate any third party's rights
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access

5. Email Access and Permissions

By connecting your email account, you grant Monssot permission to:

  • Read your email messages and metadata for display and AI processing
  • Send emails on your behalf (only when you explicitly initiate sending)
  • Manage labels, folders, and organization of your emails

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your account settings or your email provider's security settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email suggestions, drafts, and responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending
  • Monssot is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to send

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Monssot. You retain ownership of your email content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Unplanned outages
  • Third-party service disruptions (email providers, hosting, etc.)

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monssot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days (unless retention is required by law)
  • You may request an export of your data before termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
