Best Practices for Onboarding Emails
- Space them out: Do not overwhelm with too many emails on day one. Spread across the first 1-2 weeks.
- One goal per email: Each email should have one clear action or message.
- Personalize: Use the person's name and reference their specific role or use case.
- Include links: Make it effortless to take action. Every instruction should link directly to the relevant page.
- Ask for feedback: Include check-in emails that invite questions and concerns.
